Kimchi Pancake


Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup Kimchi

    1/2 Cup Spelt Flour

    2 Tbs Cornstarch

    1/2 Cup cold Water

    1 Tbs Sweetner

    1 Tbs Gochujang

    1 Sprin onion, cut into rings

  • Mix together the Flour, Sweetner and Cornstarch.

    Chop the Kimchi into bite-sized pices and add it to the Flour mixture. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix it until you have a nice batter.

    In a frying pan add some oil and fry the pancake from both sides until crispy

  • Gochujang is a typical korean red pepper paste.

    You can increase or reduce the amount of Gochujang, depending on how much of spicieness you want.
