  • Food Coaching is the right choice for you if you want to change your eating habits. Whether you want to improve your health, change your relationship with food, have weight-related goals or need support to cover your nutrients in a plant-based diet.

  • Not at all. Dietary choices are one of the biggest contributers to our overall health and have a huge influence on preventing chronic diseases.

  • Veganism is not only a food choice, but furthermore a lifestyle choice that affects all aspects of life (such as clothing, cosmetics etc.). Veganism tries to reduce all exploitation of animals. So technically French Fries and Soda are vegan too but not neccessary beneficial to our health.

    A Plant-Based diet is focused on consuming whole foods that come from plants and avoiding overly processed foods.

  • You will not get an already prepared meal plan where I advise you to eat. As I believe in personal choices and preferences. What works for one person does not have to work for another one as well. If needed we will develop a meal plan together that adjusts to your lifestyle.

  • No. Because I believe that counting calories when in doubt brings more harm than good.

    There are foods that have high calories, but also many healthy nutrients (such as nuts). But there are also foods that seem to have few calories but no nutrients but lots of trans-fats, sugar, etc. (such as low-fat yogurts) or even the combination of many calories and few nutrients (e.g. instant food, junk food). So which choice is better for our body ? Or Body and Food is far more complex than just counting Calories.

    In my food coaching, the focus is on nutrients and phytonutrients.

  • One Food Coaching Session (1 hour) is 80€. Depending on your goals and needs it is up to you how many coaching sessions you need. Fpr long term changes I recommend about 6 Sessions.
